As of January 2014, Stichting Rabobank Pensioenfonds (Rabobank pension fund) became shareholder in the Fund. Due to the entry of the new shareholder, the Supervisory Board was replaced by a Shareholders’ Committee, according to the Fund terms. In addition, Stichting Bedrijfstakpensioenfonds voor de Zoetwarenindustrie (the pension fund for the Dutch confectionary industry) entered the Fund as of July 2014.
